How it works

Kiim is a marketplace to buy and sell fashion in Israel. This guide explains the core flow—listing, discovery, messaging, offers, checkout, and after‑sale steps—so you can use the product with confidence.

1) Create an account

Use email + password, or sign in with Google/Apple. Once logged in, you can save favorites, message sellers, send offers, and manage your listings.

Tip: if you’re redirected to login from a product page, Kiim brings you back to where you left off.

2) List an item (seller)

  1. Go to Sell and upload clear photos (front, back, labels, any flaws).
  2. Write a specific title (brand, model, size) and an honest description.
  3. Choose the right category and set a fair price.

Better listings sell faster. Buyers care most about condition, sizing details, and photo clarity.

3) Discover and search (buyer)

Use Search to find items quickly. Use categories to narrow down the catalog. Save items to Favorites to compare later.

If something is unclear, message the seller before buying (measurements, defects, shipping expectations).

4) Chat and offers

Kiim supports direct messaging between buyers and sellers. You can also send an offer on an item. Offers are a great way to agree on price without lengthy negotiation.

Keep conversations respectful and stay on‑platform—this helps support and safety if you need assistance.

5) Checkout and payment

When you buy, the checkout flow guides you through address/shipping steps and payment. Any fees, taxes, or delivery costs should be shown transparently during checkout.

For sellers, make sure your payout details are accurate in settings so payouts can be processed smoothly.

6) After the sale

After delivery, buyers can leave feedback and sellers can continue listing. If there’s an issue, start by messaging—many problems are resolved quickly with good communication.
